RESEARCH FUNDING NEEDED

Important studies are going on at SPSC that will impact treatment for ALL of us with chronic sinus disease. Researchers like Dr.Javer & Dr.Thamboo do not automatically receive funding from the Provincial or Federal governments; they must apply for grants. The reality is that there are more researchers seeking funding than grants/funds available in Canada which in turn threatens their ability to complete studies such as the mucus transplant that could lead to a universal donor & become a possible cure like Fecal transplant has shown. Those of us that suffer from CSD understand what this could mean to our quality of life. I am asking all of us that view this site to please send a donation to SPSC for research. This is the only way of finding better treatments or cure! You can donate online on this site. I personally, as a CSD patient with an incurable disease, thank you for your donations!!!
